How a migration solves it

We migrate the full catalog with metafields and metaobjects (restructured on request), customers, order history, content and redirects into the rebuild store. Idempotent re-runs keep it current during the build; the verification report signs off parity before DNS moves. The old store remains untouched as a rollback for as long as you want.
